I’ve worked with customers for more than ten years, both before and during my time with the federal government. I’ve always enjoyed listening, explaining things clearly and helping people find answers.
At the Social Security Tribunal of Canada, I helped people understand the steps they needed to take and followed up on their files. Handling private information carefully was part of the job. I also helped new colleagues learn the work.
